PARAMUS, N.J. -- Edward "Abit" Sirazi, of Paramus, died Nov. 25. He was 60.
He was the co-owner of Big Apple Jewelry in East Rutherford and formerly was a parishioner of St. Mark’s Syriac Orthodox Cathedral in Teaneck.
He is survived by his brother, Albert Sirazi and wife Maryann.
He was the son of Nezire Sirazi of Paramus and the late Ilyas.
A funeral service will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday at Assyrian Orthodox Church of Virgin Mary, 644 Paramus Road, Paramus.
Arrangements are by Santangelo Funeral Home in Lodi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark’s Syriac Orthodox Cathedral, 260 Elm St., Teaneck, NJ for families of Syria.
